Becoming a future resident has never been easier or more fun. Simply select your favorite floor plans and make a $1,000 deposit. The deposit is fully-refundable at any time, for any reason. There is absolutely no risk and no obligation.
Once we accept your deposit, you are now eligible for membership in our exclusive Future Resident Club. All W.O.W. members receive an official “Wild Over Westminster” membership card. This card allows members to begin experiencing life at Westminster Village by enjoying many of the same services, amenities and events as our Residents. And, as apartment homes become available, Future Resident Club Members will be notified in sequential order.
