Home Health Services. Licensed home health services can also be provided in the comfort of your home. Our staff can provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication and other activities of daily living on a fee-for-service basis. For safety and peace of mind, your home is equipped with an emergency response system. Once activated, our staff will respond immediately to the resident’s home in emergency situations.

Skilled Nursing Care. Enjoy the security and peace of mind that only a life care community can bring. Our residents are guaranteed unlimited access to Weyrich Health Care Center at virtually no extra cost, should they ever need it. Our on-site, 60-bed skilled nursing center is supervised by registered nurses 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Our special team of professionals deliver exceptional care and personalized attention. Our comprehensive approach ensures we meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of our residents. Because our care center is centrally located within the community, the presence of a spouse and friends will also be therapeutic.

Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care. Our 16-bed Special Care Unit has been designed to provide a comfortable, safe and secure environment for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. The home-like ambience includes eight semi-private rooms, a living room, library and dining room. There are also two secured patio areas that allow residents the freedom to enjoy the outdoors.
